Months of cooperation
The main goal of Voypost was to adapt to the MVP and backend provided by the client and improve upon it. The app lacked an upgrade of its cross-platform user interface, simple onboarding process, and minor user journey tweaks. The back-end part required testing and optimisation, which was eventually taken care of, too.
The Voypost team has managed to finalize the app in short time and see through to its marketplace release, in accordance with the client’s expectations. They also made the architecture convenient for further maintenance.
Following the success of the fundraising stage, Roundups has taken up a decision to expand the functionality of their product and rebrand accordingly, becoming Ripples.
They then held interviews with a handful of candidates, of which Voypost turned out to be most experienced and technically capable to work with the MVP they provided, within the given timeframes and budget.
The app lacked an upgrade of its cross-platform user interface, simple onboarding process, and minor user journey tweaks.
As a startup company, Ripples operated under considerable budget restrictions in the aggressive market.
The fact that the company underwent the rebranding process at the time added some extra weight of responsibility for the new brand’s success, as well.
We searched and interviewed with a handful of vendors, VoyPost were the only ones to really understand our position being a young startup and being lean with our current MVP build. We were also impressed with their technical ability and recommendations from early conversations. Their constant communication and code quality has met and exceeded our expectations.
What we did?
Voypost estimated the project scope, shaped and finalized all the necessary details before the work began. It helped to follow the client’s requirements and budget.
Consistent communication regarding the development process was carried out via Slack, accompanied with weekly demo calls in Expo, where Voypost showcased demonstrable results.
The monday.com ticket board remained the primary communication and collaboration platform throughout the development.
Voypost followed a traditional approach in software development with a fixed price, which was fit for the project scope and duration.
Voypost team helped Ripples to build up solid base for their new, rebranded app.
The renewed design of the Ripples app by Voypost simplified the onboarding process for iOS and Android users: the signup and email verification flow in particular.
On top of the initially planned features, Voypost implemented field input validation to improve user experience and ensured the layout consistency across the target platforms.
Safe and private connection with the global banking system was implemented, using Stripe, to streamline charity worldwide, making it accessible and trustworthy.
They are ready to launch their first version of the app any time soon (start of June 2022)
