What goods are prohibited?

Surprisingly, but sometimes the goods we often use might be banned in the country, which the traveler is going to visit. For example, it is forbidden to take pencils to Tunisia, and chewing gum to Singapore, and this is not a complete list. The traveler always takes responsibility for the transportation of goods across the border.

Before accepting the order, we advise the traveler to read the rules and laws of the countries which they are going to visit.

Carefully read the short list of things that are strictly prohibited for transportation in any country:

  • Alcoholic beverages (including absinthe).
  • Cars and other vehicles.
  • Biomaterials and living organisms.
  • Dishes and clothes.
  • Cultural property and video materials.
  • Weapons and explosives.
  • Tobacco products and drugs.
  • Cooked food, fruits and vegetables.
  • Jewelry.
  • Medicines.

Voypost is not responsible for the transportation of prohibited goods. In case of carrying prohibited goods, the traveler takes full responsibility for the transportation, and we can not guarantee the reward. Therefore Voypost strongly recommends travelers to be aware of the description of the order. It will prevent surprises during the trip.
